ESCALLOPED CORN 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen corn
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 c. soft bread or cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Combine corn, 1/4 cup butter, milk and salt. Bring to simmer. Cook until corn is just tender. Then blend in egg, crumbs, onion, and brown sugar. Turn mixture into buttered casserole. Dot with 2 tablespoons butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
