ESCALLOPED CORN 
1 (1 lb.) can cream style corn
1 c. milk
1 well-beaten egg
1/4 c. minced onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Heat milk and corn. Gradually stir in eggs. Add 1 cup crumbs, minced onion and salt. Mix well. Pour into greased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
