ESCALLOPED CORN 
1 can corn or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. milk
4 tbsp. grated cheese
Bread crumbs
Butter, melted

Mix and pour into buttered casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. When half done, add 4 tablespoons grated cheese to buttered bread crumbs. Put on top of corn and finish baking.
