BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. milk
1 (10 1/2 oz.) mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. ketchup
1 can biscuits
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Brown beef and onions. Drain, add milk, soup, and cream cheese. Put in a 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Place biscuits on top. Bake at 375 degrees until biscuits are brown.
