HUNGARY JACK BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can pork & beans
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 (9 oz.) can Hungary Jack refrigerator biscuits
1 c. Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown beef and drain. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Heat until bubbly. Pour in 2 quart casserole. Cut biscuits in half to form 20 half circles. Place, cut side down, around edge of casserole. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until biscuits are brown. Add cheese and melt. Serves 4 to 6.
