BEEF ROLLS DELUXE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. tomato juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Lasagna noodles
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Mix together and form into 12 rolls. Wrap each roll in a cooked lasagna noodle (cooked according to directions on package and cut in half crosswise). Place in buttered baking dish and pour sauce for meat rolls over rolls. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 1 hour. Uncover and sprinkle 6 ounces Mozzarella cheese over top. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. salad oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 tsp. basil
2 c. tomato juice
Salt, pepper and garlic to taste

Cook onion in oil until light brown. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 8-10 minutes. If this makes too much for one meal, the remainder, rolls and all may be frozen.
