PEPPERMINT STICKS 
1 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
7 sq. chocolate
4 eggs
1 tsp. peppermint flavoring
White frosting (follow directions on 10X confectionery sugar substituting peppermint flavoring for vanilla)

Melt butter and 4 squares chocolate together. Mix with eggs, flour, sugar and peppermint. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, remove from oven and allow to cool.

Make the plain white frosting with 1/4 teaspoon peppermint added for flavor. Spread frosting over brownie like base.

TOPPING:

Melt 3 squares of chocolate and 3 tablespoons of butter together. Cool mixture and pour over the white frosting. Place in refrigerator and allow to harden (1-2 hours). Cut and serve.
