POLISH DRUM STICK DESSERT 
2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
2/3 c. crushed salted Spanish peanuts
1/4 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sguar
1/4 c. peanut butter
2 (8 oz.) cartons Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
2 3/4 c. milk
Shaved chocolate and crushed nuts for top

Layer one: Mix 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers, 2/3 cup crushed peanuts and 1/4 cup melted butter. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees; cool.

Layer two: Mix 8 ounce package cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 cup peanut butter. Mix and fold in 8 ounces Cool Whip. Spread over crust.

Layer three: Mix 2 small packages instant chocolate pudding with 2 3/4 cups milk. Put over cheese mixture.

Layer four: Top with 8 ounce carton Cool Whip.

Use carrot peeler to shave some chocolate on top. Sprinkle with crushed nuts.
