2 sm. pkgs. Jello or 1 lg. 8 oz. soft cream cheese 8 oz. Cool Whip Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Mix well with whisk or spoon. Add cream cheese; mix well. Add Cool Whip; mix well. Add 1/2 cup cold water; mix well. Put in mold. Make 1 day ahead!! Orange, apricot, peach or lime are all delicious. |
