JELLO SALAD/DESSERT 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Jello (blackberry, raspberry, cherry, etc.)
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (1 lb.) can fruit or pie filling to go with Jello flavor

Blueberry goes well with blackberry or black raspberry.

Mix Jello and boiling water. Stir until Jello is dissolved. Add both cans of undrained fruit. Pour into 9x13 inch pan and let set in refrigerator.

TOPPING:

8 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or almonds

Whisk first 3 ingredients until smooth. Add sour cream. Spread over Jello and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

HINT: If you are making this to take somewhere, carry topping separately and add when you arrive, it slides all over in transit!
