STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD DESSERT 
1 (6 oz.) strawberry Jello
1 lb. box sliced frozen strawberries or 2 c. fresh
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
2 bananas
1/2 pt. sour cream (1 c.), 16 oz. box

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add thawed strawberries and crushed pineapple and its juice. Add the sliced bananas. Pour 1/2 of that mixture into a 2 quart oblong dish and chill 3 hours or more until set. Then spread sour cream (room temperature) on Jello. Chill 20 minutes. Pour on remaining Jello. (Keep at room temperature.) Refrigerate overnight.
