JELLO FRUIT SALAD OR DESSERT 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jello
1 (No. 2) can diced peaches
1 sm. carton cottage cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1 sm. (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

In large mixing bowl, dissolve Jello with 1 cup of boiling water. Add peach juice and enough water to make 3/4 cup. chill until partially set. Whip with electric beater until Jello is real foamy. Add diced peaches, cottage cheese, pecans. Mix well. Fold in Cool Whip. Place in 9x12 inch Pyrex pan. Chill 3-4 hours or until firm.

Can use: lime Jello and pears, strawberry Jello and strawberries, cherry Jello and dark cherries, lemon Jello and fruit cocktail, raspberry Jello and raspberries.
