SHARP CHEESE BALL 
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 lb. extra sharp Cheddar
1 lb. sharp Cheddar
1 lb. American cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash garlic salt

Let cheese stand until room temperature. Grate cheese and use fingers to mix all ingredients together. Mold into balls or logs. Roll in mixture of chili powder and paprika or chopped walnuts. Keeps in refrigerator 2-3 weeks. Can be frozen.
