mayonnaise
hard boiled eggs
balsamic vinegar
hot and sweet mustard

Peel hard boiled eggs and remove the yolk. Mix mustard, mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar with yolks. Stir until blended.

Scoop the yolk mixture into the eggs.
