CHERRY ALMOND COOKIES 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 10-oz. jar maraschino cherries
1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. almond flavoring
2 1/2 c. flour

Drop on baking sheet and bake at 325°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
