CREAM CHEESE PIE 
2 c. milk
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 baked graham cracker pie crust

Cream 1/2 cup milk into softened cream cheese, then add rest of milk. Add pudding and beat with rotary beater 1 minute. Pour into crust immediately and sprinkle with a few crumbs reserved from pie crust.
