CHOCOLATE CHEESE PIE (MICROWAVE) 
2 c. Cool Whip
1 graham pie crust
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
Instant chocolate pudding mix
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix pudding mix, sugar and milk together. Cook on high for 4 minutes; stir, cook 2 minutes more. Stir, cook another 2 minutes. Stir in cream cheese. Pour into pie shell, cover top with Cool Whip. Chill for 3 hours before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
