1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 or 3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. corn meal
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. vinegar

Cream sugar and butter. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Makes one (9 inch) pie. Bake at 325 degrees for about 45-60 minutes.
