CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. diced chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. diced celery
2 c. instant rice
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
6 hard boiled eggs, cut up

TOPPING:

2 tsp. grated onions
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. cornflakes, crushed
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. almonds

Mix ingredients as given, in order; very well. Topping of cereal not necessary. Bake in oblong pan. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour. Serves 12 to 15 generous servings.
