PEACH SAUCE 
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. water
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter
3 to 4 peaches, chopped

Cook sugar, egg, flour and water until thickened. Add vanilla and butter. When cool, add chopped peaches. Serve over ice cream or cake.
