LOW CALORIE PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. pumpkin
2 eggs
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. each allspice, nutmeg and ginger
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. skimmed milk
1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar substitute

Beat together well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
