LOW CALORIE STRAWBERRY PIE | |
1 1/2 c. cold water 6 tsp. cornstarch 4 pkgs. sweetener 1 pkg. sugar free strawberry Jello 3 c. sliced strawberries Combine water and cornstarch, cook until thickened. Remove from heat. Add sweetener and Jello slowly - let cool 1 hour. Add strawberries and pour into crust. Refrigerate until cool. PIE CRUST: 6 long graham crackers 6 tsp. butter 2 pkgs. sweetener Crush crackers in blender. Melt butter. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Press into a pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Let cool. |
