CHEESEBURGER PIE, LOW CALORIE 
1/2 med. pepper, diced
4 oz. onion, diced
Artificial sweetener to equal 1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 oz. grated cheese
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. tomato sauce
1 pkg. Weight Watcher's broth
8 oz. cooked beef

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In saucepan, combine first 6 ingredients. Simmer 8-10 minutes until vegetables cook. Add beef and 3 oz. cheese and rice. Stir until cheese melts. Put in 8x8 inch pan, sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle rest of cheese. Bake 1/2 hour. Remove from oven and let set 10-15 minutes. Cut and eat. 4 servings.
