CHICKEN - RICE ARTICHOKE SALAD 
1 pkg. chicken flavored Rice-a-Roni (cook according to directions)
1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichokes
3 or 4 green onions, chopped
1/2 can black olives, sliced
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cubed

Drain artichokes; cut in small pieces. Add artichokes to cooled rice. Mix all other ingredients.

Dressing:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Artichoke liquid

Add dressing to salad. Stir until blended. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
