MARINATED RICE AND ARTICHOKE
HEARTS SALAD
 
1 box chicken flavored rice
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, save marinade
3 chopped spring onions
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. curry powder
1 lg. c. rice, use (also) bouillon cubes

Cook rice and chill. Cut artichoke hearts in pieces, add to rice along with chestnuts and onions. Mix marinade, mayonnaise, curry powder. Add rice and chill 24 hours.
