MARINATED MUSHROOMS & ONIONS &
ARTICHOKE HEARTS
 
MARINADE:

1 c. cider vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. salt
1-2 tbsp. chopped parsley, fresh
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
Pinch pepper
Bay leaf

Marinate 1 pound fresh mushrooms, 1 sliced red onion, 2 cans artichoke hearts for several hours.
