BROCCOLI QUICHE 
2-3 c. broccoli, steamed or boiled, cut in bite size pieces
1 pkg. of 10 flaky refrigerator biscuits
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. each thyme & garlic powder

Spread biscuits into 10" pie plate, leaving no gaps. (Single pie crust may be used as alternative.) Arrange cooked broccoli pieces on uncooked crust. Beat rest of ingredients together in mixing bowl, adding cheese last. Pour mixture into crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
