PORK LOIN 
2 tbsp. oil
2 oz. butter
2 sm. pork tenderloins
Paprika
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. red wine
3 tbsp. sour cream

Heat in pot oil and add butter. Add tenderloins and fry on both sides until brown (4 to 5 minutes per side). Sprinkle with paprika and salt and pepper. Pour in wine, cover, and cook 8 to 10 minutes. Add sour cream to gravy and serve over rice. This dish is good served hot or cold.
