ROSEMARY'S PUMPKIN DESSERT | |
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk 6 eggs 3 c. mashed pumpkin 1 c. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. ground cloves Mix together and pour into 13x9 pan. TOPPING: 18 1/2 oz. pkg. yellow cake mix 1/2 c. butter 1 c. chopped pecans Blend cake mix and butter with fork until it resembles oatmeal. Sprinkle over pumpkin mixture. Top with nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. (Check after 50 minutes.) Let cool before serving. |
