1 box Duncan Hines orange cake mix

Prepare cake mix according to directions on box.

FROSTING:

1 c. coconut
2 lg. egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1/3 tsp. cream of tartar

Cook sugar, water, cream of tartar until spins a thread. Beat egg whites until frothy. Pour sugar mixture over egg whites. Beat on high speed until stands in peaks. Frost cake sprinkle layers with coconut.
