ORANGE COCONUT PECAN CAKE 
1 pkg. orange cake mix
2 eggs
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. orange juice
1/3 c. oil
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1/2 c. coconut

Combine all ingredients except pecans and coconut. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Fold in pecans and coconut. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.

TOPPING:

3/4 c. orange marmalade
1/2 c. coconut

Spread marmalade on warm cake. Top with coconut. Cool completely before serving.

Makes 16 to 20 servings. Even better if made day before.
