ORANGE - COCONUT CAKE 
1 box orange cake mix
1 box orange Jello

FILLING:

2 c. sugar
9 oz. frozen coconut
1/4 c. orange juice
1 c. sour cream
12 oz. Cool Whip

Mix cake as directed on box and add 1 box Jello. Bake as directed. When cool, split layers, making 4. Mix sugar, coconut, orange juice and sour cream together with electric mixer. Place between layers, then cover cake with Cool Whip and sprinkle coconut on top. Best if you wait at least 24 hours before cutting.
