BROCCOLI WITH SNOW PEAS 
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lg. bunch broccoli, stems removed & flowerets cut into sm. pieces
1/2 lb. snow peas (about 30)
1/4 c. Chinese Chicken Stock
2 tbsp. dry sherry
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. sesame oil

1. In wok or large heavy skillet, heat oil until almost smoking.

2. Add broccoli and snow peas. Stir fry 30 seconds.

3. Add stock, sherry, salt and sugar. Cook at a boil 2 minutes.

4. Add cornstarch mixture and sesame oil. Toss 30 seconds until well coated. Serve.
