WINE BISCUITS 
1 c. Italian wine
4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. Mazola oil
1 tbsp. salt
4 tbsp. baking powder

Place flour and baking powder into bowl, then add sugar, salt, oil and wine, mix well. Place on board and knead with 1 more cup of flour, beat 2 eggs for top of cookies and put aside. Roll small pieces of dough into a tube and twist and join to form shell and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Before baking, with pastry brush, brush egg on each cookie. When baked brush again with egg while hot to make golden look on cookies.
