WHOLE EGG WHITE CAKE 
2 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla, clear
1/2 tsp. almond flavor
3 eggs

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add shortening, milk and flavorings. Beat 2 minutes. Add eggs.. Beat 2 minutes more. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan (or 2 8- or 9- inch pans). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until testing done.

Hint: For a finer texture cake, add 2 tablespoons of boiling water to the shortening mixture.

Wow, so I baked it at 350°F for approx 40 min. It looks beautiful and will probably give it a 5 after I eat it. I still have to make frosting... I think 2.. vanilla and chocolate ... can't wait! It smells yummy!
