FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 #2 can fruit cocktail
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. walnuts

ICING:

3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
1/2 c. Milnot

Mix first 5 ingredients well, about 2 minutes. Pour in large cake pan. Sprinkle 1/4 cup brown sugar and nuts on top of batter. Bake in 350 degree oven until cake is golden brown, 30-35 minutes.

Icing: Bring to boil, add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup coconut. Spoon on hot cake.

Spoon icing on hot cake, it makes the cake real moist.
