YEAST ROLLS 
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt

Pour boiling water over butter and sugar in a bowl. Allow to cool to lukewarm and add egg. Stir in flour. Place in buttered tightly covered bowl in refrigerator until ready to use. Handle and roll out (no need for a lot of kneading). Shape into rolls and allow to rise 2 to 3 hours depending on temperature.
