GRANDMA KEY'S INSTANT YEAST ROLLS | |
1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. buttermilk 1/4 c. cooking oil 1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. water (warm) 2 c. self-rising flour Mix all ingredients as you would for biscuits. Roll 1/2 inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place a pat of butter on each roll and fold. Place on a greased baking sheet. Let stand 1/2 hour before baking at 400 degrees until brown. |
