GRANDMA'S YEAST ROLLS | |
1 c. Crisco 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs (room temperature) 2 c. warm water 2 pkg. yeast plain flour Mix Crisco and sugar. Add eggs. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Alternate water with yeast and flour to mixture. Add flour until consistency of dough. Put dough in greased bowl. Cover and let rise. Knead dough for 1 minute. Roll dough into 3-inch balls and place on greased baking pan. Let rise until balls are 3 times bigger. Bake until golden brown at 450°F. Brush with melted butter. |
