GRANDMA MARIANNE'S PASSOVER
ROLLS
 
2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
2 c. Matzo meal
5 eggs

Boil water, oil, salt and sugar. Remove from stove and add Matzo meal. Stir well. Add 5 eggs, one at a time, beating well between each egg. Form into rolls and put on oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then turn down to 400 degrees and bake for 20- 25 minutes.
