HOT YEAST ROLLS 
2 c. lukewarm water
4 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
4 tbsp. Wesson oil or bacon grease
1 tbsp. salt

Mix above ingredients in large bowl. Then, 1 cup at a time, stir in 4 to 5 cups sifted flour, as much as you can. Let rise in a large greased bowl, covered, in a warm place until it doubles in bulk. Punch down. Knead and roll out. Pinch off and shape into rolls. Let rise. Bake. Store unused dough in refrigerator.
