HOT YEAST ROLLS 
4 c. plain flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. powdered milk
1/4 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. warm water
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. yeast

Mix all ingredients and blend well. Add water and beat vigorously. Sprinkle flour on dough until dough comes free from sides of mixer. Turn out onto lightly floured counter or bread board. Pinch off dough. Place in lightly greased pan - let rise 45 minutes to 1 hour. Bake at 450 degrees until golden brown. Brush with butter.
