KICKIN' STEAK FRIES 
1 lb. Russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1/4-inch wedges
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. hot sauce
2 cups French-fried onions, finely crushed
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
non-stick cooking spray (Pam)

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place potatoes, butter, and hot sauce in a large Ziploc bag. Seal bag and toss potatoes to get a nice, even coating.

Mix French-fried onions and Parmesan cheese in a bowl, then add to Ziploc bag.

Coat potatoes in crumb/cheese mixture, pressing firmly. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 400°F for 30 to 35 minutes until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
