HOT DOG MACARONI 
3 1/2 oz. uncooked macaroni rings (about 1 c.)
1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese (small curd)
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (about 2 oz)
2 frankfurters, cut into thin slices
2 med. tomatoes, sliced
1 egg
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. dried oregano leaves

Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix macaroni, cottage cheese, beaten eggs, salt, pepper, cheddar cheese and frankfurter slices. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate. Arrange tomato slices on top. Mix egg, parmesan cheese, and oregano. Pour over tomatoes. Bake uncovered until bubbly, approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 5.
