JIFFY MEATLOAF

Combine and mix well:

1 lb. ground beef
1 can Spanish rice
1 egg
1 onion, chopped

You can make your own rice and use two cups.

Shape into a loaf or place in a buttered loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
