BUTTERMILK PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornmeal

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, then stir in sugar, flour, cornmeal, softened butter, buttermilk and vanilla. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes.
