BAKED HAM IN PINEAPPLE SAUCE 
4 lb. boneless, precooked ham
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. water

SAUCE:

1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Place ham in dish and cover with combined brown sugar, mustard and water. Spread on ham. Bake covered for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

In a 4 cup glass measure, melt butter for 20 seconds (in microwave). Add lemon juice and cornstarch, stirring to make a paste. Gradually stir in water, sugar and pineapple. Microwave 7 minutes, stirring frequently until mixture thickens. Pour over sliced ham or serve in a separate dish.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
