PORK CHOP A LA LU 
4 pork chops
Potatoes & carrots (as many as you desire), cut up
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
1 tsp. oregano
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown pork chops. Drain off excess grease. Combine potatoes, carrots, soup, water, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and add this mixture to pork chops. Cover and simmer until done, about 1 hour.
