BAKED CHOPS 
6 thick pork chops
Salt & pepper to taste
1/3 c. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. white wine
1 (10 oz.) can onion soup
3 tbsp. catsup or tomato paste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Season chops with salt and pepper; dredge with flour. Brown slowly in butter. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Serve with sauce.
