CHICKEN AND DRESSING 
1/2 hen
4 c. bread
2 - 3 eggs
Med. onion
Dash salt
1/2 c. celery

Cook chicken in 1 quart water. Pick cooked meat off of the bone. Put chicken in bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan. Make gravy with milk and pour over chicken. Cook celery in broth. Mix bread, eggs, onion, salt and celery. Pour heated broth over dressing. Spread dressing over chicken and gravy. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
